Jessica A. Warren, MBA, is an Environmental Health & Safety Training Manager at Pennoni and a consultant specializing in leadership, communication, and operational resilience. She leads Pennoni’s Mechanicsburg Training Center, overseeing OSHA, HAZWOPER, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance training for engineering, construction, and manufacturing clients. Her work integrates safety culture, talent development, and strategic communication to strengthen organizational performance. She previously worked in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and communications strategy, giving her a holistic lens on people, systems, and operational risk.
